Multiple EC Centrifugal Fans Design 



 

Multiple EC centrifugal fans could  offer better and uniform air suction out from the infill heat exchange layer, coverage will be wider and improve thermal efficiency.
Forced draft fan drive could achieve long distance air offer, special suitable for poor ventilation place.


Operational Redundancy Option

Multiple fans in parallel operaion, if one fan breaks down, the remaining fans can make up for airflow loss via speed up, and the fast replacement process of fan can be done when the tower is in operation.
Redundancy advantage is one of the advantages of EC fan systems compared with AC fan systems.

> Forced Draft EC Centrifugal Fan

- Adopts EC external DC brushless motor and is matched with aluminum airfoil plug impeller, the air volume can reach 25000m ³/ h and the static pressure can reach 1600pa. 
- High efficiency, low noise, convenient speed regulation, stable structure and high reliability.
- Maintenance free, only need to visual check on wiring and vibration.

 
 

> Stainless Steel Heat Exchange Coil
Corrosion Resistance, keep media clean, save water consumption & maintenance cost.

> EVD series PVC drift eliminator, low wind resistant, maximum drift capture and recovery 99.99%.
> Evenly water distribution system uses PVC spray pipes and PP SPJT nozzles.
> Modular structure, use the high quality of Z700 galvanized anti-corrosion plates (304/316 stainless steel for option).
