Components Instruction

Turbine

The reaction turbine drives fan directly, no other reducer equipment. Fan air volume is changed by water flow, realizes fan, water, power integrated control

Infill 

Brand new PVC infill is vacuum formed of 0.3 thickness or more thicker PVC film with excellent chemical and high distortion resistance, big coefficient of heat transfer, small wind resistance, high ventilation performance. 

We have different materials to suit different water temperature. What's more, the PVC filler's compact package design is convenient to take out for cleaning, and the special designed configuration of the filling incorporates the function of drift eliminator, louver and wet deck surface.

Steel Structure 

Hop-dip galvanized steel framework to keep the cooling tower great performance and long lifespan, good anti-corrosion, guarantee the use of more than 15 years. Stainless steel hardware parts are also available for options if somewhere special condition needed.

Distribution System

Hot water distribution system is used F.R.P parts, non-corrosive and long life, and are specially designed for uniform distributing and ease of inspection. A distribution cover is attached on top to prevent    water from splashing out and other dirt to come into the water.     

Inspection Door

Inspection doors are used to provide a convenient access to the interior for inspection, maintenance, adjustment of the internal parts, like float valve, cleaning up the lift-out strainer and flushing of the water basin.

 Remark:

  1. Working condition: dry bulb temp.=31.5℃, wet bulb temp.=28℃, inlet water=37℃, outlet water=32℃, atmospheric pressure=99.4Kpa.
  2. When installing pipeline of the cooling towers, Y-strainers, valves and pressure gauges are needed at the water inlet pipe.
  3. Keep foundation surface level, error limit ±5mm.
  4. Special design for other model are acceptable by technical department.

    LKM series closed circuit cooling tower is a kind of high efficient heat exchange equipment which comes into being on the basis of absorbing the most advanced foreign heat-exchange technology.  The Air intake style is inlet from the bottom of the tower, which is alternating direction interactive with the fall down spray water and from to saturated vapor in the process. The heat is exhausted out of tower by the fan and the water is collected to bottom tank and circulate continuously by the special evaporator. There is no heat sinking fillings inside of the tower, so more space is saved to increase coil area. Further more the belt is durable without negative effect from water vapor and sunshine.   Water Distribution   The using of high coefficient rotating sprinkler heads made of reinforced plastic or aluminum alloy can reduce the pressure of friction loss. Besides, the water can be distributed evenly to achieve the max thermal performance.       Infill    Standard and low noise cooling tower are using high class thermal formed PVC sheet. The sheets are added with industrial plaits material and long fiberglass to slow the aging and increase the strength. Moreover the water film is thinner and longer so that the infill cabbage coefficient is higher. The infill is formed in the factory, instead of at construction site. To avoid uneven problem during installing. And it cold be easily cleaned and maintained in future. High temperature cooling tower is using P.P. Infill that could withstand up to 90 degreeC water temperature. The surface of such infill is corrugated to increase the filling pitch to make sure that infill is clog-free and overcome the problem of water quality.
